Support all regulatory and compliance activities, including reporting to and liaising with local authorities, such as the Securities and Exchange Commission, Thailand (SEC), and the parent company.
Support regulatory and compliance aspects related to business establishment in Thailand, including company incorporation.
Develop, update, and execute a risk-based local compliance monitoring program, proactively identifying regulatory gaps or compliance weaknesses and recommending corrective actions.
Serve as the subject matter expert on Thai private banking, compliance, and AML/CFT matters.
Provide advisory support for transactional due diligence and local compliance issues in private banking.
Guide the private banking business units locally and regionally on compliance policies, procedures, and monitoring initiatives.
Contribute to special assignments and ad hoc projects as required.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a Law, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in Private Banking Compliance.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for engaging with key internal and external stakeholders.
Proactive, independent, resourceful, and dedicated to delivering high-quality results.
Open to taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
Proficient in both Thai and English.
