Sales Leadership
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive customer loyalty and retention.
- Analyze market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and implement sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and packages.
Operational Management
- Oversee the daily operations of the center, ensuring all services run smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage staffing schedules, ensuring proper coverage across all service areas.
- Ensure that all operational processes meet the company’s quality standards.
- Coordinate with service providers (therapists, beauticians, nutritionists, etc.) to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Monitor stock levels of products and supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
Customer Experience
- Ensure all clients receive excellent service from the moment they enter the center.
- Handle escalated client concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Continuously gather client feedback and implement improvements to enhance the customer journey.
- Ensure the environment remains clean, welcoming, and aligned with the brand's standards.
Financial Oversight
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Track sales and operational performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Implement and maintain cost-saving measures without compromising service quality.
- Manage pricing strategies for products and services in alignment with market positioning.

- 5+ years of experience in sales and operations management, preferably within the beauty, health, or wellness industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in CRM and other sales and operations management software.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
