รายละเอียดงาน

Sales Leadership

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive customer loyalty and retention.
  • Analyze market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and implement sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and packages.

Operational Management

  • Oversee the daily operations of the center, ensuring all services run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage staffing schedules, ensuring proper coverage across all service areas.
  • Ensure that all operational processes meet the company’s quality standards.
  • Coordinate with service providers (therapists, beauticians, nutritionists, etc.) to deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Monitor stock levels of products and supplies, and manage vendor relationships.

Customer Experience

  • Ensure all clients receive excellent service from the moment they enter the center.
  • Handle escalated client concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Continuously gather client feedback and implement improvements to enhance the customer journey.
  • Ensure the environment remains clean, welcoming, and aligned with the brand's standards.

Financial Oversight

  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
  • Track sales and operational performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Implement and maintain cost-saving measures without compromising service quality.
  • Manage pricing strategies for products and services in alignment with market positioning.
ประสบการณ์
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and operations management, preferably within the beauty, health, or wellness industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in CRM and other sales and operations management software.


การศึกษา
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
