- Plan, coordinate, and assess events and roadshows aimed at enhancing customer engagement and promoting product value.
- Organize multiple events annually, ensuring timely delivery and smooth operations.
- Deliver exceptional service to event speakers and attendees, focusing on a high-quality experience.
- Collaborate with marketing agencies to drive lead generation and optimize campaigns.
- Leverage preferred client marketing channels to increase brand visibility and campaign impact.
- Contribute to organizational strategy and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage CRM tools for event logistics, tracking attendance, managing budgets, and overseeing invoicing and payment processes.
- Handle marketing materials: organize, customize, order, and distribute as needed.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve roadshow efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare and process payment files for events and marketing, submitting them for approval.
- Distribute original invoices and withholding tax documents to suppliers.
ประสบการณ์
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in event marketing.
- Demonstrated expertise in event management and campaign execution.
- Strong skills in planning, organization, and multitasking.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proficient English communication abilities.
- Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with both internal and external partners.
การศึกษา
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
