Our client is a global logistics solution provider

Oversee and lead Ocean Freight Forwarding Business Group, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic direction.
Plan and monitor business and operational performance, manage customer relationships, and develop team members to drive business growth.
Formulate and implement mid-term strategies and business plans to achieve growth and profitability.
Manage team operations, provide operational solutions, and ensure processes meet business and customer requirements.
Monitor and review team performance, making necessary adjustments to align with strategic objectives.
Align processes, resource planning, and team goals with the overall strategy of the Business Group.
Ensure effective coordination and information flow within and across teams.
Secure competitive Ocean Freight rates and reliable shipping line services in line with procurement strategy.
Offer a range of Ocean Freight Forwarding solutions for customer supply chains, including Import & Export FCL, Import & Export LCL Own Consolidation Service, and NVOCC Service.

Minimum of 15 years of experience in the logistics industry, with at least 10 years in a management role.
At least 1-3 years of direct experience as the Head of an ocean freight forwarding business.
Extensive knowledge of Ocean Freight Forwarding (FCL, LCL, NVOCC), International Trade Legislation Compliance, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Cargo Services/Operations Pricing, Cross Border logistics, Business Process Improvement, and Vendor Management.
Strong business acumen, data analysis, and project management skills.
Excellent leadership, people management, problem-solving, analytical, and systematic thinking abilities.
High level of accountability, commitment, adaptability, and ability to thrive under high pressure.
Customer-focused with a strong orientation towards collaboration and teamwork.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in business English, both spoken and written.
