- Strong understanding of IT service delivery and support following ITIL principles
- In-depth knowledge of cloud virtualization platforms, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud
- Extensive expertise in enterprise software and infrastructure, such as Windows Server, Windows Clustering, Active Directory, VMware virtualization, PowerShell scripting, SAN/NAS storage, backup solutions, and BCP/DRP
- Proficient in AWS and Azure Cloud components with solid skills in cloud IT architecture design
- Experience with automation tools like AWS and Azure CLI, Ansible, Python, PowerShell, and Bash scripting; familiar with Configuration Management and Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM)
- Skilled in operating, maintaining, and monitoring services on AWS and Azure Clouds
- Knowledgeable in authentication patterns, including IAM and MFA
- Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux installation, patching, and administration, and integration into Windows environments; well-versed in Linux services, internet services, web/application server software, and performance tuning
- Understanding of networking infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP, load balancers, IPS, firewall, VPN, and familiarity with public cloud networking
- Excellent English communication, both verbal and written, with strong time management, analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and organizational skills; demonstrates professionalism, high work quality, and team leadership
- Able to motivate others, effectively manage challenging situations, and solve complex problems
