• Plan, implement, and oversee the company’s financial strategy.
• Hire, train, and manage a team of accountants.
• Oversee financial accounts, payroll, budgeting, cash receipts, and assets.
• Manage transactions, debts, and cash flow forecasting.
• Conduct financial audits and ensure accurate reporting.
• Adhere to accounting standards to meet financial objectives.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to inform business decisions.
• Prepare financial reports based on data analysis.
• Regularly analyze Accounts Receivable Aging.
• Ensure tax compliance and oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns.

ประสบการณ์

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Accounting, or Finance.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Finance/Accounting Manager in the automotive industry.
• Proven experience in finance and accounting roles.
• Proficiency in English or Chinese.
• Strong knowledge of financial and accounting processes.
• Familiarity with organizing, planning, records management, and budgeting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and other accounting software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented with technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership skills and a solid background in tax.
