Job Position: Sales and Purchasing Manager (Japanese Speaking)

Our client is a well-known automotive parts manufacturing and distributing company. The company has exhibited for 10 years in Thailand, with motivation and a high market share in automotive global markets. The main customers of this company are Toyota, Suzuki, Mazda, Daihatsu, etc.

รายละเอียดงาน

• Oversee and manage sales activities as assigned

• Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies

• Lead the team to meet established sales goals and objectives

• Provide guidance, resolve issues, and drive the team in generating new sales

• Analyze sales data and evaluate customer information to identify sales opportunities

• Coordinate with customers to build and maintain relationships and develop business partnerships

• Review and calculate monthly purchase orders based on forecasts from the Sales and Marketing department

• Verify purchase orders issued by purchasing officers

• Monitor overall purchasing data and delivery processes in collaboration with purchasing officers

• Set and assess KPIs for subordinates and purchasing officers

• Adhere strictly to company policies, directives, and regulations

ประสบการณ์

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in any fields

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales and purchasing at the management level is preferred

• English – Good command of English for all skills (Daily communication)

• Japanese – Good command of Japanese (No JLPT required)

• Positive attitude and open mind

• Leadership and management skills
