The company is a leading company in the packaging industry, dedicated to providing innovative and sustainable packaging solutions.

Design and develop new tooling and fixtures for packaging production.
Modify and improve existing tooling to enhance performance and efficiency.
Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve tooling-related issues.
Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of tooling to ensure optimal performance.
Work with suppliers and vendors to source materials and components for tooling.
Implement cost-saving measures and process improvements in tooling design and usage.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all tooling activities.
Document tooling designs, modifications, and maintenance activities.

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field.
Experience at least 5 years of Tooling Pin & Die.
Proven experience in tooling design and development, preferably in the packaging industry.
Proficiency in CAD CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
Strong understanding of materials and manufacturing processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
