- Manage commercial clients from strategic planning to execution.
- Oversee comprehensive client support, including drafting and verifying terms of reference (TOR), finalizing TOR, managing the bidding process, and overseeing product delivery, installation, and post-sales service.
- Represent the company to strengthen its brand image in the market.
- Focus on account development for small and medium businesses (SMB), government sectors, and educational institutions.
- Conduct market research and client visits to define market requirements for current and future products.
- Lead cross-functional teams in product development, marketing communications, and positioning.
- Analyze and build potential partnerships for specialized product lines.
