Financial Reporting and Analysis:

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including the profit and loss statement (P&L), balance sheet, and cash flow analysis.
• Analyze financial results to provide insights into key drivers affecting performance, variances, and financial trends.
• Support the team in creating weekly and monthly KPI dashboards for presentation to senior management and the commercial finance team.

Budgeting and Financial Forecasting:

• Assist in the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasts, collaborating with finance teams and commercial financial analysts.
• Support data collection and analysis to ensure accuracy and alignment of forecasts with business objectives.
• Work with department heads to gather data and validate assumptions for financial planning.

Profitability and Cost Analysis:

• Conduct margin and profitability analysis across products, customers, and sales channels to identify areas for improvement.
• Support pricing, promotional strategies, and customer contract evaluations to ensure profitability goals are achieved.
• Assist in the review of cost of goods sold (COGS) and overheads, recommending cost control measures and efficiency improvements.

Commercial Support:

• Assist in evaluating new business opportunities, including product launches and market expansion initiatives.
• Support business development and investment case studies, including financial modelling and risk assessment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance the quality and efficiency of financial processes.

Reporting and Compliance:

• Perform financial analysis as requested by management to support strategic decision-making.
• Provide support during audits to ensure accurate and accessible financial records.
• Assist in special projects related to process improvements, cost analysis, and system optimizations.

ประสบการณ์

• bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in finance, particularly within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting processes.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, with experience in financial modelling and data analysis.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Knowledge of key financial metrics and performance indicators relevant to the FMCG sector (e.g., gross margin, inventory turnover).
