- Provide timely and effective support to TrakCare users, resolving technical issues and answering system-related questions.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot application issues, working closely with the IT team and vendor support as needed.
- Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to help users understand and utilize the system efficiently.
- Assist with system maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and configuration changes.
- Ensure the integrity and security of data within the TrakCare system.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements and enhancements.
- Generate and analyze reports to monitor system performance and user activity.
ประสบการณ์
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in application support, preferably in a healthcare setting with knowledge of the TrakCare system.
- Proficiency in SQL, and familiarity with healthcare information systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping users and improving their experience with the system.
