-Customer Care (60% Thai, 40% Japanese, Chinese, or other nationalities)

-Treatment Fee Processing: Enter treatment fees into the accounting system.

-Customer Promotions: Provide information on special offers.

-Appointment and Therapist Scheduling: Manage bookings and coordinate schedules for a team of 5 to 10 therapists.

-Ticket Management: Oversee ticket processing and tracking to support efficient service

※There is no walk-in customer, everything is by appointment only.

-Experience in Service Industry (preferably in a related field)

-Proficiency in PC Skills: Basic knowledge of Excel and Word

-Positive Attitude: Friendly demeanor with a welcoming smile (top priority)

-Strong Communication Skills: Clear and confident speaker

-Professional Demeanor: Ability to balance friendliness with firm boundaries when needed

-Interest in Health and Beauty: Passionate about wellness and beauty trends
