• Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize system performance.
• Budget Management: Plan and manage budgets for software development projects.

ประสบการณ์

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software development management, with a strong focus on ERP systems.
• In-depth knowledge of ERP D365 and its modules.
• Strong technical skills, including programming languages, databases, and cloud technologies.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in English
