รายละเอียดงาน

• Deliver level 1 application support.
• Collaborate with Corporate and local IT teams to execute IT projects.
• Assist in the development and enhancement of system applications.
• Draft written specifications and coordinate with the development team for change management activities.
• Conduct application training for end users to ensure effective usage.
• Log user calls, working with IT support and external consultants to provide timely responses and solutions.
• Create and maintain user documentation for reference.
• Offer policy-based recommendations to users on information access and support.
• Support business units by assisting in report creation.
• Stay informed on the latest software technologies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the superior or management.

ประสบการณ์

• Must hold at least a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in IT support.
• Experience with ERP software, preferably D365.
• Experience with reporting tools, preferably Power BI.
• Proficiency in SQL database scripting.
