The company is a leading real estate development company specializing in residential and commercial in Phuket.

Act as the primary point of contact between project directors, architects, and subcontractors.
Ensure all construction activities align with project plans, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Oversee and monitor work progress, confirming that all tasks are performed accurately and on time.
Proactively address any substandard work by subcontractors and, if necessary, leverage a network of contacts to bring in alternative professionals to complete tasks satisfactorily.
Regularly report progress, challenges, and solutions to project directors and other stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Fluency in Thai and English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven experience as a construction manager or similar role.
Valid driver’s license to travel between project sites.
Extensive contacts within the construction industry are a strong advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive approach, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
