• Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and foster a positive organizational culture.
• Lead talent development initiatives, including training programs, leadership development, and performance management.
• Collaborate with managers to design and execute personalized employee development plans and career progression pathways.
• Oversee succession planning and talent retention strategies to build a strong pipeline of future leaders.
• Design and deliver coaching and mentoring programs to enhance employee capabilities.
• Ensure alignment of HR programs with the company’s values and objectives.
• Manage HR-related projects, budgets, and timelines effectively.
• Provide expert guidance on organizational development and change management initiatives.

ประสบการณ์

• At least 5 years of experience in Human Resource Development, with a strong focus on training, talent development, and organizational growth.
• Proven track record in managing HR projects and initiatives within the luxury or retail industry (experience in home furnishings is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with HR software and digital tools for performance management.

การศึกษา

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
