Our client is a leading hotel in Bangkok, offering a unique experience inspired by the timeless charm of country life, reminiscent of the past century. Located in the heart of Bangkok, the hotel combines modern luxury with a deep connection to the heritage of the area. They are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Engineer to join their team and lead the maintenance and engineering department.

รายละเอียดงาน

• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and operation of all hotel facilities, ensuring smooth and safe operations of all systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Lead and manage the engineering team to perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
• Monitor and control the hotel’s energy consumption, aiming to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the highest standards of service and guest experience.
• Manage budgets for maintenance activities, ensuring that costs are controlled while maintaining a high level of quality.
• Develop and implement emergency protocols for any technical issues or incidents.
• Liaise with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance work.
• Prepare reports for hotel management and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

ประสบการณ์

• Proven experience as a Chief Engineer or in a similar engineering management role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Good command of English is a plus.

การศึกษา

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
