It requires extensive experience and expertise in the international luxury jewelry market, particularly in the USA. The role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and market analysis to drive the company's growth and competitiveness.

• Develop and execute merchant strategies to meet financial goals.
• Lead and manage a team, including hiring and performance management.
• Translate management ideas into actionable plans.
• Conduct international market research and trend analysis.
• Propose new styles and collections, ensuring quality and price standards.
• Oversee product development from concept to launch.
• Coordinate with various teams (CAD, 3D, Photoshop) for optimal product output.
• Monitor new product launch timelines.
• Stay updated on international luxury market trends and competitors.
• Conduct industry-specific market research.

ประสบการณ์

• 10+ years of experience in merchandising and product development for gemstone and diamond jewelry.
• Experience with the USA market; knowledge of UK, Australia, and Canada is a plus.
• Proficiency in Coral and CAD designing.
• Knowledge of gemstone sourcing, production, and inventory planning.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms.
• Participation in international jewelry shows.
• Strong Excel, project management, and communication skills.
• Able to work Mon to Sat
