รายละเอียดงาน

• Plan and manage all project phases, from kickoff to go-live.
• Gather and validate requirements, providing users with effective recommendations to ensure system security.
• Collaborate with IT vendors and infrastructure teams, validating systems before user handover.
• Conduct system testing to ensure quality post-development.
• Manage communication and reporting, including daily, weekly, and monthly progress updates, as well as issue tracking.
• Support the maintenance and optimization of existing systems.

ประสบการณ์

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
• Strong English proficiency with a minimum TOEIC score of 550 or IELTS 5.5 (mandatory).
• Programming experience in Java, .NET, SQL Server, ABAP, and databases.
• Experience with HR or administrative business systems.
• Knowledge of monolithic and microservice architectures, with the ability to work using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with SAP products such as ECC6, SuccessFactors, S/4 HANA, Workforce, Concur, or related packages.
• Ability to stay updated on IT trends, standards, news, and emerging technologies.
• Flexible to work in various shifts and willing to provide team support when needed.
• Minimum GPA: 2.5 for engineering graduates and 2.75 for non-engineering graduates (mandatory).
