รายละเอียดงาน
1. Sourcing
- Sourcing: Find products according to sales needs via Fair, email, WECHAT or existing suppliers
- Summarize Fair visits, prepare separate reports by suppliers and products to present to executives
- Coordinate product samples: Order and follow up on samples, quotations, photos, payment terms, production time, and related documents
- Follow up on sample production PI and send samples via Container
- Sample product information: Send Spec form, product highlights, and studio photos to the sales team
- Sample products: Take care of sample storage, prepare sample tags, and forward to the sales team
2. Procurement
- Open purchase order (PO): Summarize Spec and Assembly Instruction for new products, check Shipping mark, Hang tag, and PI documents
- Follow up on orders: Update Import Plan and follow up on Pending Orders
- Coordinate with Shipping forwarder, book ship, coordinate QC in China, check Shipping Document, and clear goods
- Estimate costs: Check tax, Freight, Demurrage, and manage other costs Incoming goods report: Prepare incoming goods estimates to send to the executives.
3. Quality and stock management
- Stock management: Manage stocks to be suitable for sales and usage.
- Set selling prices: Calculate costs to set selling prices.
- Quality control: Follow up on QC reports from China and domestically, and coordinate to solve product problems.
- Supply spare parts: Ensure that spare parts are sufficient and reduce the number of products waiting for spare parts to a minimum.
ประสบการณ์
- Have at least 2-5 years of experience in Sourcing and Procurement, especially in sourcing products from overseas.
- Have knowledge and experience in import-export process, including management of related documents such as BL, Form E, and shipping documents.
- Have negotiation skills with both domestic and international suppliers.
- Excellent coordination skills with suppliers, forwarders, shipping, and various departments in the organization.
- Good command of English (speaking, reading, writing) to communicate with overseas suppliers.
- Able to work under pressure.

Bachelor's degree in any fields.
