The client is a provider of engineering design and construction of data centers according to international standard, including full after sales of service both in the form of turnkey and outsource management service.

รายละเอียดงาน

• Lead the Construction Project Management Team, ensuring effective communication and coordination among project stakeholders.
• Comprehend and meet the Client’s expectations, ensuring project timelines are adhered to.
• Manage the project within the agreed parameters of cost, time, and quality, ensuring revenue and payment cycles are efficiently handled.
• Ensure compliance with the Client’s governance guidelines across all projects.
• Conduct regular meetings with management and on-site teams to discuss construction-related projects for the data center.
• Drive Value Engineering initiatives with key stakeholders when necessary.
• Assist the Client in the identification, scoping, procurement, and scheduling of direct vendors and consultants.
• Collaborate with project teams to address and resolve material issues.
• Work with project teams to resolve design issues and changes, providing input on necessary design and scope adjustments before construction begins.
• Ensure all key project documents (submittals, RFIs, change orders, etc.) are tracked, reviewed, approved, and closed with the appropriate Client stakeholders and General Contractor personnel.
• Coordinate and manage all direct vendors and associated consultants, escalating non-compliance issues as needed.

ประสบการณ์

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, project management, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent communication, analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and management abilities.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Thai.
• Over 10 years of experience in MEP construction management.
• Preferred project management certification (PMI/PMP).
• Ability to think critically and solve problems under pressure, multitask, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team to maintain high work standards.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills for developing and monitoring project plans and schedules and effectively utilizing time and resources.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage productivity.
• Strong attention to detail for conducting site inspections and managing complex contracts.
