Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement both simple and complex reports, integrations, and automated solutions using HR applications and platforms like SAP, SQL, Oracle, and others.
  • Support, optimize, and enhance existing automated processes by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify technology requirements, prioritize tasks, and align on timelines, issue resolution, testing, and deployment strategies.
  • Explore creative solutions to overcome complex business challenges and system limitations.
  • Implement, test, and deploy major system enhancements.
  • Work with the solutions team to design and deliver custom applications.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members.
  • Handle HRIS-related tasks, including data transcription, formatting, editing, retrieval, and reporting.
  • Compile and support annual SOX/TISAX risk assessments.
  • Manage and monitor SAP Employee Central transactions, addressing and resolving issues as they arise.
ประสบการณ์

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, IT Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR Information Systems, database management, or a related field within a multinational work environment, or equivalent experience in HR Development at a managerial level in international organizations.
  • Proficiency in automation tools and programming languages, including Python, MS Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SQL, Oracle, HTML, Microsoft SharePoint, and advanced Excel.
  • Extensive experience in systems implementation and integrations.
  • Deep understanding of HRIS requirements and ability to leverage data for planning.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels, including management and executives.
