• Conduct marketing research on Thailand’s real estate market, focusing on sectors such as office buildings, hotels, and warehouses

• Plan and oversee marketing strategies to promote large-scale projects, ensuring progress aligns with goals

• Analyze urban development trends and develop tailored business service offerings

• Interview potential customers to enhance marketing accuracy and drive business expansion

• Act as a central figure in project promotion and execution

ประสบการณ์

• Experience in development, urban development, and facility management

• Background in marketing and business development

• Proven expertise in overseeing projects related to urban and facility development

การศึกษา

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field

• Good command of English (internal communication level)

• Good command of Japanese (internal communication level)
