Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Brand Marketing to join a well-known global company in the FMCG industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support product growth in a competitive market.

Hybrid Working: 3 days Work from home / 2 days at office (Mon-Fri)

Location : Chonburi


Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy Development: Create and implement brand marketing plans that align with overall business objectives and market trends. Ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms.

 

  • Influencer & Partner Engagement: Identify, negotiate with, and manage influencers, bloggers, and brand ambassadors to promote products through various online and offline channels.

 

  • Marketing Campaign Execution: Develop and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, offline) to increase brand visibility and customer loyalty.

 

  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to inform strategy. Provide reports and recommendations based on market data.

 

  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Teamwork: Work closely with product development, sales, and creative teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of brand initiatives.

 

  • Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring that all initiatives are cost-effective and within budget parameters while maximizing return on investment.

 

  • Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute consumer and trade events, product launches, and promotional activities. Manage logistics, budgeting, and collaboration with external vendors to deliver impactful experiences.

 

  • Report to Marketing Manager


ประสบการณ์
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within the FMCG industry or related field. Experience in event planning and influencer marketing is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of brand development, consumer behavior, and market research.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attributes:
    • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
    • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
