Job Position: Warehouse Supervisor - Logistics Company

Work location: Chonburi

Our client is a well-known logistics services company, including sea and air transportation, import and export customs clearance, import tax reduction and refund procedures, special license acquisition, land transportation, and warehousing. The company was established for nearly 30 years in Thailand, with motivation and a high market share in global markets.

รายละเอียดงาน

• Oversee warehouse operations for the automotive production system (Tesla), ensuring efficient storage, handling, and distribution of goods

• Manage and support a team of approximately 40 staff, including warehouse personnel and forklift operators

• Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages, ensuring accurate stock records and timely replenishment

• Coordinate with customers to ensure smooth operations and address specific requirements or concerns

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize warehouse processes and maintain high safety standards

• Track and analyze warehouse performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement in efficiency, cost management, and service quality

ประสบการณ์

• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse management, including at the supervisory level

• Ability to plan and manage warehouse space, product inspection, movement, storage, distribution, and warehouse information/document systems

• Strong skills in managing subordinates, including task assignment, follow-up, training, and effective problem-solving under pressure

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across various departments

• Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office, Internet, and E-mail

การศึกษา

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in any fields

• Good command in English at an internal conversation level
