Job Summary

• Objective: Manage maintenance operations in the factory to ensure machinery and equipment support production efficiently and continuously. Develop maintenance plans aligned with company goals.
• Project Management: Oversee construction and infrastructure improvement projects, including installation and efficiency enhancement of machinery/equipment, ensuring resource efficiency and adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Role and Responsibilities

Maintenance Management:

• Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Ensure machinery and equipment operate continuously and efficiently.
• Team Management: Develop team skills to improve maintenance processes and reduce risks.
• Budget Management: Oversee maintenance budget and expenditures for maximum efficiency.
• Inventory Management: Ensure sufficient stock of necessary equipment and spare parts.
• Reporting and Analysis: Present analytical reports on maintenance activities, frequent repairs, causes, and solutions.
• Safety Management: Ensure maintenance work adheres to safety standards.

Project and Civil Engineering Management:

• Project Management: Oversee construction, improvement, and efficiency enhancement projects.
• Budget Management: Manage project budgets efficiently and prevent overspending.
• Risk Management: Handle potential project risks and develop risk management plans.
• Progress Reporting: Provide analytical reports on project progress and issues to senior management.
• Team Management: Develop team skills to improve engineering and civil processes to achieve project goals.
• Maintenance: Plan and manage infrastructure and machinery/equipment efficiency in the factory.

ประสบการณ์

• At least 10 years in industrial maintenance management, with at least 5 years in senior management.
• Experience in machinery/equipment installation (e.g., Steam Boiler, Dryer, Cooler, Bucket Elevator, Conveyor systems) is preferred.
• 5-7 years in industrial engineering project management or consulting.
• Experience managing projects with a budget of 50-100 million THB or more.

Skills:

• Maintenance, project management, budget control, risk management
• Knowledge of maintenance processes, industrial machinery, and new technologies.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Leadership and team development.
• Analytical problem-solving and IT skills (e.g., SAP).

การศึกษา

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
