Our client is a leading Healthcare in Thailand. As a Senior SAP Specialist, you will play a key role in mentoring and supporting Key Users, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of SAP systems and business processes. You will lead system configurations, manage SAP changes, and drive improvements in SAP-related functionalities to enhance overall performance.

รายละเอียดงาน

• Support SAP-related projects, capturing requirements and delivering effective solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to provide innovative SAP solutions.
• Manage system changes, rollouts, upgrades, and feature enhancements.
• Provide support for SAP issues and service requests.
• Conduct training sessions for Key Users as required.
• Perform preventive maintenance on SAP applications and infrastructure.
• Oversee user authorizations, administration, and role profile reviews.
• Drive improvements in SAP processes and configurations aligned with business needs.
• Engage in ongoing development activities, including training.
• Ensure smooth collaboration with stakeholders and team members.

ประสบการณ์

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of SAP implementation and support experience in various modules, including MM, EAM, SAP Interfaces, and BASIS.
• Proven track record in project management is a plus.
• Experience in an international work environment is preferred.
• Expertise in configuring SAP modules based on business requirements.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead teams and drive projects to successful completion.
• Solid understanding of S/4 HANA systems and their functionalities.
• Proficiency in both English and Thai languages.
• Ability to translate business needs into SAP system configurations.
• Innovative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong collaboration skills with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams.
