• Develop, implement, and maintain IT applications to support business needs.
• Manage and optimize databases including MS SQL DB, MySQL, MS Access DB, and Oracle.
• Design, develop, and implement ERP systems (e.g., Infor ERP LN, SAP) to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for ERP systems, particularly in factory settings.
• Create and manage forms and reports using development tools such as Crystal Reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration of applications with existing systems and infrastructure.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of IT applications.
• Maintain thorough documentation of development processes, configurations, and user manuals.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve IT application services.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, both locally and internationally.

ประสบการณ์

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT application development.
• Proficiency in MS SQL DB, MySQL, MS Access DB, and Oracle databases.
• Experience in developing and implementing applications and software for ERP systems (e.g., Infor ERP LN, SAP).
• Advantageous to have experience supporting ERP systems in a factory setting.
• Knowledge of development tools for creating forms and reports, such as Crystal Reports.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
