IP project delivery, maintenance and training for ISP customers

Responsible for IP project delivery, maintenance and training for ISP customers.
Support customer network maintenance, track and solve technical issues promptly, provide technical support and suggestion together with TAC, keep good cooperation with customer.
Provide solution/product training to customers and partners.
Provide network Insight presentation to customers.
Be responsible for project delivery including network design, commissioning, user acceptance test, and project handover documentation.

Knowledge of L2 and L3 MPLS VPN with Huawei/Cisco/Juniper/Nokia router.
5 to 8 years work experiences in IP RAN and IP CORE Network Implementation, Operation, and Network design. Project experience with Segment routing technology is preferred.
Good communication in English.
Able to work under pressure, able to travel among country and upcountry.
Eager to learn new technologies.
Energetic personality, service mind, and able to work independently.
HCIA/CCNA, HCIP/CCNP, HCIE/CCIE or any other related certificate is preferred.
Good experience with network project or POC is preferred

Bachelor's Degree majoring in Telecom Engineering, Telecommunication, Computer or related field
