รายละเอียดงาน

• Oversee and lead the organization's regulatory compliance function.
• Ensure all compliance operations align with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Serve as the key point of contact for regulatory authorities, including the OIC (Office of Insurance Commission) and SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission).
• Continuously review and update company policies to reflect changes in legal and regulatory requirements.
• Provide strategic legal and regulatory guidance to internal teams to support business operations.
• Implement and promote compliance best practices to enhance regulatory adherence across the organization.

ประสบการณ์

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in compliance, legal, or related fields, with at least 5 years of expertise in the life or non-life insurance or brokerage industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Excellent attention to detail and a systematic, analytical approach to work.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• A confident and professional demeanor with the ability to work independently and convey ideas clearly.
