- Oversee administrative office tasks such as filing, answering calls to the office, undertaking tasks related to keeping company up to date with government filing requirements.
- Tracking company expenses, preparing invoices, preparing tax declarations, making proper filings with tax authorities.
- Assisting manager and other company employees with administrative tasks, such as filing paperwork with different authorities, helping to plan travel etc.
ประสบการณ์
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences in Accounting with CPD, Administration or General Affairs roles from retails or trading businesses
- Competent in computer and fluent communication in English
