- Responsible for administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office including assisting in communication via email, telephone
- Assist colleagues and executives by supporting them with planning and distributing information.
- Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments and make travel arrangements
- Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos and forms
- Develop and maintain a filing system plus Filing and updating contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
- Support in document expenses and reports
- Other tasks as assigned
ประสบการณ์
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both Thai and English language
- Good appearance, manner and interpersonal skill with Integrity and professionalism
- Multi-tasking and time management capability
- Subject to travel domestically, and abroad
- Subject to work overtime
การศึกษา
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (who interested in marketing is an advantage)
