Responsibilities:

• Assist team to explore, analysis, plan and develop the new business opportunities in various aspects in South East Asia.
• Assist team on all project development activities, strategy, planning and asset management in widely perspective
• Assist team on project negotiation and partnership with external party including Government, Business Partner, Shareholder, Contractor, Consultant to achieve the purpose and ensure project development smoothly
• Conduct the financial model and preliminary feasibility analysis on any new opportunity and current project development
• Coordinate among the internal and external parties with particular focus
• Explore a market for merging and acquisition opportunity
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

ประสบการณ์

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in the field of Business Administration, Engineering, Economic, Finance
• 3-5 years of working experience in business development, project management, investment analysis, project finance, corporate finance or related fields (experience in renewable energy field will be plus)
• Good interpersonal skill, problem solving skill and analytical skill
• Strong project management skill with an ability to prioritize tasks and remain flexible when priorities change
• Experience in financial modeling, contract negotiation, or contract management is a plus
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
• Proficiency in MS Office such as Excel and PowerPoint and English communication
