• Manage the product development process to ensure that the product is successfully launched, and any product related issues are resolved within appropriate timeframe
• Lead and manage the articulation and definition of long term strategy and annual Operating Plan for assigned product portfolio
• Own the whole relationship with value-added service providers starting from selection, management, and maintenance of the relationships to get the high quality and best deal on any selected services
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis, to help determine product pricing.
• Create an environment that fosters innovation and collaboration with the Customer Experience team to create a product experience roadmap
• Identify, evaluate, prioritize and implement measures to improve product performance, profitability, competitiveness and accountability
• Work closely with Actuary and RO team to develop product package and pricing, as well as lead the development of policy wording by coordinating with internal parties including Actuary, and Operations

ประสบการณ์

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• At least 10 years of working experience with life, or A& H insurance
• Skill in management team or leadership
• Good project management, analytical and logical thinking skills
• Good command of English
