• Leading transformative initiatives to create and sustain an exceptional resident experience and quality outcomes
• Creating a culture of innovation and advocacy for residential living
• Overseeing the performance of a multi-disciplinary senior management team
• Setting and controlling financial budgets and participating in business development
• Assuring compliance of staff to local and national laws, regulations, and professional standards
• Ensuring that the facility successfully meets international accreditation standards (CARF and JCI).

ประสบการณ์

• 10 years of senior management experience in a health care or hospitality environment
• Health care background is an asset
• Significant experience in the field of geriatrics and knowledge of sector-specific trends and initiatives
• Knowledge and skill in program evaluation, development and implementation
• Demonstrated expertise in quality and process improvement, and change management
• Strong financial and human resource management skills
• Property management and maintenance experience is an asset.
• Demonstrated experience in leading large multidisciplinary teams

การศึกษา

•  Degree in Business Management or Health Administration, preferred
