- Identifying and closing new business opportunities within established and new accounts in whole Thailand.
- Establish relationships with new and targeted existing Key Accounts and identify solutions to meet customer needs through consultative selling process
- Provide customers with the appropriate solutions to obtain customer commitment to purchase the products
- Develop new potential customers in the assigned business sector
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with: country manager, after sales team, marketing and financial institute, to meet the purchase requirement of key account
- Organize product demonstration and training presentations based upon Customer’s needs.
- Analyze target customer requirement and purchase demond to develop sales execution plans that maximizes sales at or in excess of the company plan.
- Continually acquire, maintain, and expand personal understanding of features, benefits, applications and market conditions, which enhance the needs for our current and future products.
- Participate in local Chapters or other relevant organizations including regional level buying groups.
- Develop good working relationship with key customers to enhance customer satisfaction and customer retention
- Provide services to the clients through face to face visits, accounts review and reporting, product forums and other activities that may be deemed necessary
- Manage annual contract negotiations
- Develop, execute and refine customer experience strategy for the team to ensure it can meet the business’ objectives of revenue growth, client acquisition & customer satisfaction
ประสบการณ์
- Strong negotiation skills at senior levels, including Managing Directors and CEO’s of small businesses to Corporate
- Existing customer base for construction machinery in general construction and quarry sector
- Prior experience at representing an organization and solid presentation and public speaking skills
- English Communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills, excellent communicator, strong in organization and creating team work, good facilitator, consensus builder and able to manage conflict
- Problem solving, analytical skill and strategic thinking
การศึกษา
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
