- Responsible for managing the company to meet all setting target in terms of manufacturing, financial, people and commercial growth
- Implement operational strategies as per the company’s Strategic Business Plans
- Monitor and control the company’s performance both operation excellence and financial
- Lead change management activities with all employees
ประสบการณ์
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering or related field
- Experience as a Managing Director or in a similar role preferable in manufacturing field
- Excellent communication skill in English and Thai both in writing and speaking
- Posses required skills and competencies in such leadership, organizational skills, people skills analytical, job commitment and good interpersonal
- Good computer literacy with experience in using ERP application
