- Coordinate management of the parts and service departments; developing and executing strategies and business plans to achieve growth and profit margin goals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, customer account management, and in-coming order management; handle customer complaints concerning either parts or service
- Monitors all inventory control records.
- Develop service department guidelines for pricing, margins, and labour factors.
- Assist with the overall planning of the dealership.
ประสบการณ์
- Bachelor's in Engineering - Mechanical, Electrical or related
- Strong knowledge of injection molding concept and system operation, control system (hydraulics & software)
- Excellent in English, communication and presentation skill
- Experience from food, packaging, plastic and knowledge of blowing, rolling, hot runner
