Oversee sales teams and develop strategies to contribute to the growth and profitability of the company
Utilize sales data to manage, develop, and serve existing accounts, find the ways to identify and convert new account opportunities for the business
Oversee staff training, the hiring and firing of employees, and evaluating personnel as well
Create, implement, and execute merchandising plans that help the business to grow and meet sales targets
Regularly meet with clients to manage the important pathway between the agreement of the sale to the final delivery
Raise brand awareness through broader channels of distribution as well as negotiating key floor space and new locations with existing partners
Producing reports and presenting them to the Regional Head
ประสบการณ์
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in any field
7 – 10 years of experience in Wholesales Manager with retail business
Experience in retail business with MNC is preferred
Excellent communication skills both externally and at all levels internally, both written and verbal
Be able to analyze data and sales numbers, and have strong decision-making abilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy
Good command of English
