• Provide plants with sufficient machine, HVAC, and utility engineering capabilities to ensure uninterrupted business operations
• Ensure effective and optimal operations of machines, utilities, and other general facilities within production plants
• To maintain and drive the team to manage all of the plant facilities including the wastewater treatment plant.
• Ensure smooth operations of machines, equipment, utilities, facilities through maintenance (CM/PM) in collaboration with production
• Execute in accordance with standard operating procedures for work orders; update procedures for future reference
• Set priorities and ensure adherence to machines & utilities maintenance work order scheduling
• Align maintenance plan with the production schedule
• Monitor and maintain inventory for tools, spare parts, equipment, and supplies; coordinate with center Maintenance Development and procurement
• Contact center maintenance development when machine/utility suppliers are required
• Assess and mitigate risks involved in Production, PEx, FM activities & construction projects
• Manage wastewater treatment is followed compliantly.
• To develop and continuous improvement tasks of the Maintenance function
• Manage to outsource contractors effectively in time manpower and cost

ประสบการณ์

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields
• 5-10 years of leadership experience in the Maintenance field
• Able to work in a team and facilitate cross-functional tasks with crosssections including supplier
• Have leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization
• Having skills in drawing reading and writing will are to consider
• Positive thinking and service mind to support all department
• Have knowledge of Mold/Die and plastic injection experience will consider
