Project Background & Objectives
- To ensure that CCB2B platforms work smoothly, generate business succession and support our business partner experience.
Project Deliverables & Work and/or Service Description
- Act as the first point of contact to help answering inquiry or solving general issue for CCB2B cases via phone and LINE
- Ensure the timeliness of closing each technical tickets
- Setting up trade program campaign (monthly basis) according to the requirements such as e-coupon, product, pricelist, on boarding users
- Create daily and weekly reports to related parties
- Provide and able to train general knowledge regarding CCB2B features to BO team or requested parties
- Assist team with CCB2B roll out including UVT and training
- Coordinate and follow up on technical cases with stakeholders including platform team, customers, agencies, and the issue requestors.
- Maintain and renew CCB2B access for company and agency team to ensure the continuity of the work
- Understand and suggested order and suggested order automation system
- Assist with Product management in Salesforce
- Manage expire or rejected coupons
- Working hour 8:00 – 17:00
- Work location: WFH during this pandemic. Once the office is back to fully operation, then need to be ready to work in the office.
ประสบการณ์
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science and IT related field
- At least having 1-2 years of experience in IT Support or ERP Support or Application Support
- Good English proficiency (Able to communicate in English)
- Strong Excel
- Experience in Salesforce, JIRA
- Willing to work as a contractor
