- To be responsible for the day-to-day management and development of the International Operations Case Management.
- Manage telephone and other communications from clients
- Advise the information for the customer
- Handle all related document
ประสบการณ์
- Bachelor's degree in any related fields
- 1-3 years experience in Customer Services or hospitality such as Hotel, Booking, Tour, Airline, Airport
- Have strong English skills (Speaking/Reading/Writing/Listening)
- Able to do multi-tasking and work under pressure
- Able to work as shift working (Day/Night shift)
