-Overseeing the day-to-day operations.
-Designing the strategy and setting goals for growth.
-Maintaining the budgets and optimize expenses.
-Setting the policies and processes.
-Ensuring employees work productively and develop professionally.
-Overseeing recruitment and training of new employees.
-Evaluating and improving operations and financial performance.
-Directing the employee assessment process.
-Preparing the regular reports for upper management.
-Ensuring staff follows health and safety regulations.
-Providing solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors).
ประสบการณ์
-Related Hotel Manager experience or Assistant Hotel Manager at least 3 years
-Housekeeping and front office manager experience would be the huge advantage
-Fast learning, adaptable and problem solving skills
-Proactive, flexible and open-minded to new ideas
การศึกษา
Bachelor's degree or master's degree in any field.
