- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Identifying new business opportunities and potential customers
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conducting market research and analyzing trends to stay up-to-date on the IT industry
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate IT solutions
- Preparing sales presentations and proposals for clients
- Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals
- Collaborating with technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of IT solutions
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Attending industry events and conferences to network and promote IT products and services.
ประสบการณ์
- Relevant experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with computer hardware, software, and services 5. Knowledge of the IT industry, including trends and emerging technologies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Nice to have:
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive sales decisions
- Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field
