This job is to ensure the availability of correct prices and high-quality components for pre-production and mass production. This position involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, negotiating with suppliers, and implementing efficient procurement processes.

รายละเอียดงาน

• Ensure accurate pricing and quality standards for components during pre-production and the initial phase of mass production.
• Collaborate with suppliers to guarantee the availability of high-quality materials at competitive prices.
• Configure the ERP system with accurate purchasing data to streamline procurement processes and maintain data integrity.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize procurement costs.
• Identify and qualify new sources for components, materials, and services.
• Develop and implement a localization plan for Electronics, Mechanical, Plastic parts, and PCB components.
• Ensure that new raw materials for prototype projects meet production requirements and support production schedules as planned.

ประสบการณ์

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, and supplier management.
• Experienced in sourcing for electronics industry is preferred. (Electronic, Mechanical, PCB and Plastic)
• Familiarity with ERP systems and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Good Command of English
• Six Sigma trained is preferred.
