Our client, a leading European firm in the publishing industry, is seeking a proactive IT Administrator (Cloud Architecture) to join their team in Bangkok. As part of the Help Desk & IT Support department, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring reliable and secure IT services, leveraging your expertise in cloud architecture and modern work environments. Additionally, you'll be an integral part of the cloud transfer implementation process, contributing to the successful migration of company resources to cloud-based platforms.

รายละเอียดงาน

• Install and enroll virtual platforms on cloud systems, particularly as a Microsoft Azure expert.
• Maintain and monitor virtual networks and servers to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Provide comprehensive IT support to co-workers, addressing issues promptly and effectively.
• Create and maintain user accounts, ensuring proper access and security measures are in place.
• Implement backup routines and ensure data safety for the server environment.
• Document all systems and applications thoroughly to maintain an organized and accessible repository.

ประสบการณ์

• 3-5 years of experience in IT administration within modern work environments and virtual server structures.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or similar.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills; additional proficiency in German is advantageous.
• Experience in the graphical industry is a plus.
• Ability to work based on Germany time zones.
