Our client is international manufacturing solution provider where establish in Thailand over decades. They are provided any components that factory needs. Now, they are seeking a driven and experienced HR & GA Manager to join the growing team. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR and General Administration functions, being a key role in attracting, retaining, and developing top talent while ensuring the smooth operation of our daily business. In addition to core HR duties, you will be a strategic thinker and innovator, taking initiative to develop and implement new projects that deliver significant value and benefits to the company.

รายละเอียดงาน

• Lead, manage, and develop the HR team, ensuring efficient operations and a positive work environment.
• Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, and offboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with best practices and labor laws.
• Manage employee relations, providing guidance and resolving employee concerns.
• Lead the development and implementation of new HR projects that drive company value, such as talent development programs or employee engagement initiatives.
• Lead and manage the organization development (OD) function, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
• Design and implement OD interventions to address identified needs, such as leadership development programs, change management initiatives, and team building activities.

• Proven track record of leading and motivating a team.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
