Our client is a oursource service provider in Thailand for over a decade. They are looking for a talented Recruiting Team Lead to join the growing company! In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process, from developing strategies to overseeing the team and reporting on results.

รายละเอียดงาน

• Lead and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies, including sourcing methods, job advertising, and employer branding initiatives.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
• Advise hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
• Build strong relationships with HR professionals, colleges, and other partners to expand the company's talent pool.

ประสบการณ์

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition professional.
• Experience in the BPO industry is a strong preference.
• Proven track record of managing and leading a recruitment team also well-understand about BPO and Mass Recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command in English.
