Our client is well-known brand specializing in baby and mother care products a range of products such as baby bottles, breast pumps, skincare items, and more.
รายละเอียดงาน
- Develop and maintain strong ties with distributors, regularly assessing their sales performance.
- Take the lead in planning sales budgets and Advertising & Promotions (A&P) for clients, aiming to meet both sales and A&P goals.
- Create effective sales strategies, including plans for entering new markets, introducing new products, and negotiating with clients.
- Implement local sales and marketing plans while aligning them with headquarters' strategies.
- Foster good communication with internal departments and external parties.
- Produce monthly sales reports, stock forecasts, and analyses of sales and profits.
- Issue quotations and maintain price lists for distributors.
- Address and follow up on customer feedback and complaints promptly.
- Ensure distributors stick to update plans and carry them out on time.
ประสบการณ์
- Thai nationality with a Bachelor's degree or higher.
- At least 5 years of applicable experience, ideally within the FMCG sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), SAP, or similar software.
- Detail-oriented and customer-centric, with a sharp business sense.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and managerial abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation aptitude.
- Proficient in both written and verbal English communication.
