Our client is a perfumes, cosmetics, and bathroom products manufacturer with branches distributed in Asia, European and American countries. They are seeking a professional Laboratory Supervisor to formulate fragrance products for customers and manage operational processes between internal and external stakeholders.

รายละเอียดงาน

• Formulate fragrance products according to customer specifications and company standards.
• Conduct research and experiments to develop new fragrance formulations and improve existing ones.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, purchasing, production, and quality control, to coordinate product development and testing processes.
• Manage inventory of raw materials and fragrance compounds to ensure availability for production needs.
• Maintain accurate records of laboratory activities, including formulation recipes, test results, and production data.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and safety protocols in all laboratory operations.
• Provide technical support to laboratory staff as needed.

ประสบการณ์

• Bachelor's degree in science, chemistry or other related fields
• 5 years of experience working as laboratory technician, R&D, Chemist in Personal care products
• Strong management skill or have subordinated direct report.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently.
